ApplyMate SA is a document preparation, application administration, and career support service. We assist clients with:
- Professional CV writing and rewriting
- Cover letter and motivation letter preparation
- Application document organisation and proofreading
- Job-search administration and opportunity research
- Client-approved application submission assistance
- LinkedIn and digital profile setup guidance
- Application tracking and progress updates
- General application coaching and guidance
What ApplyMate SA Is NOT
✗NOT a recruitment agency
✗NOT a job placement agency or labour broker
✗Does NOT guarantee employment, interviews, admission, bursary approval, or funding
✗Does NOT sell access to jobs, vacancies, employers, or institutions
✗Does NOT charge placement fees, referral fees, or success fees
✗Does NOT submit applications without the client's explicit prior approval
What We Charge For
ApplyMate SA charges fixed, once-off service fees for preparation and administrative services only:
- Professional CV writing and ATS-friendly formatting
- Cover letter and motivation letter preparation
- Application document organisation and administration
- Client-approved application submission assistance
- LinkedIn and digital profile setup guidance
- Opportunity search and application tracking support
These fees are charged regardless of whether any application results in an interview, employment, admission, or any other outcome.
What ApplyMate SA Will Not Do
- Submit any application without your explicit prior WhatsApp approval
- Fabricate, exaggerate, or falsify any information on your behalf
- Create or use fake qualifications, certificates, or references
- Complete psychometric tests, aptitude tests, personality assessments, or video interviews on your behalf
- Accept or agree to personal declarations or sworn statements on your behalf
- Handle OTPs on your behalf without your real-time participation
- Store your passwords insecurely or use them beyond the agreed service scope
- Apply to suspicious, fraudulent, or unverified opportunities
Portal & Assessment Responsibilities
Where an application requires the following, you must participate personally:
- One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your phone or email
- Personal declarations, sworn statements, or applicant affirmations
- Psychometric assessments, aptitude tests, or personality questionnaires
- Video interview responses
- Direct account creation using your personal details
ApplyMate SA may guide you through these steps but does not replace your personal responsibility in completing them.
Your Responsibilities
- All information and documents you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete
- You remain personally responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information
- You must give explicit WhatsApp approval before any application is submitted on your behalf
- You must be available for OTPs, portal approvals, declarations, and assessments when required
- You must review and approve documents before submission where possible
⚠️ ApplyMate SA reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if false or misleading information is provided.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before service delivery begins. Fees are fixed and charged for preparation and admin support only — not for outcomes.

Refund Policy
- If payment has been made but service has not yet begun — a full refund will be considered on written request via WhatsApp.
- If the CV has been completed and delivered — no refund will be issued for the CV portion.
- If applications have been submitted — no refund will be issued for those submissions.
- Refunds are not issued on the basis of unsuccessful applications — outcomes are beyond our control.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment via WhatsApp to 067 084 9910.
Privacy & Personal Information (POPIA)
ApplyMate SA operates in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
- Your information is used only to deliver the selected service
- Documents are not shared with anyone other than the employer or institution being applied to
- Your data is stored securely and handled with full confidentiality
- Documents are retained for no longer than 6 months after service completion unless you consent otherwise
- You may request deletion of your information at any time via WhatsApp
Client Acknowledgement & Consent
By ticking the consent boxes on the intake form and making payment, you confirm:
- I understand that ApplyMate SA is NOT a recruitment agency and does NOT guarantee employment, interviews, admission, bursary approval, or funding of any kind.
- I understand that ApplyMate SA charges a fixed service fee for document preparation and application admin support only.
- I confirm all information and documents I have provided are truthful and accurate.
- I give ApplyMate SA permission to assist with document preparation, application admin, tracking, and client-approved submissions only.
- I understand that portals, assessments, OTPs, and personal declarations must be completed by me personally.
- I understand that ApplyMate SA will not complete psychometric tests, video interviews, or personal declarations on my behalf.
